Theme: I read that our brain takes 3 seconds to analyse a situation. So what happens if there are cars driving on the street ? You don't have 3 seconds to react.
Thesis: Our brain is triggered by the approaching cars. It just plays the snippets of software that are appropiate for the situation. Even for cars approaching with different speeds, it has different replies.
Annotation: I think that it's one of the first things that a baby learns how to get from A to B and watch the reaction of your environment C while doing that.
Remark: Please excuse if the text above appears trivial. I didn't check on Google if the thesis is wrong, already known or whatever. I just wrote it down for fun.
